Welcome to a generous shrimp feast featuring boiled and smoked shrimp, freshly baked bread from Gripsholms Bageri, and select cheeses from Jürss Mejeri. The buffet also includes a summer salad, Västerbotten pie, and the manor’s cheese pie, baked with cheese from the award-winning dairy in Sörmland. This is served with aioli, butter, and flavorful accompaniments that are essential to a truly delicious shrimp feast.
