Local raw materials
Our culinary philosophy is rooted in the variety and diversity of Swedish cuisine, with a focus on the origin of our ingredients, an organic approach, and respect for our history. Through close collaboration with local producers and artisan food makers, we create menus based on the season and availability. On our supplier map, you can trace the ingredients’ journey to the manor’s kitchen and get to know some of our partners.

Artisan baked goods
Bread and pastries made with care
At Dufweholms Herrgård we serve bread and pastries from our own bakery in Mariefred. Everything from breakfast bread to sweet treats is baked here with craftsmanship and ingredients we have carefully selected ourselves.
What is served during breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea is baked under the flag of Swedish Cultural Pearls – something we are proud to be able to offer our guests, both here at the manor and at our other facilities.
Eye-catching
Table art
At Dufweholm Manor, you'll find a blissful mix of collectibles. Some of the collectibles our guests find most eye-catching are the table art - the figures created from old English and American silverware. The artist behind the cutlery artwork is Ivan Iser, who with his fantastic eye for form creates all kinds of figures that easily open up discussion at the dining table.
The first of the cutlery artworks were bought by the owners of Svenska Kulturpärlor, Fredrik Åström and Johanna Battaroff, in Cuba about 15 years ago. Since then, they have been back and forth to Cuba and traded several times and now there are a few hundred pieces of table art to view at the pearls.

At Dufweholms Herrgård we offer party rooms and chambre séparés for both large parties and intimate dinners. Choose between our beautiful dining rooms with lake views, secluded rooms with their own entrance or our unique champagne cellar – each with its own character and atmosphere. Here, each party gets an environment that suits their occasion.

We have a scenic outdoor terrace right on the shore of Lake Duveholm. Here you can sit down on the dock and enjoy a good lunch, a cup of coffee or something refreshing in the sun - surrounded by water, greenery and the manor's soothing atmosphere.
