Our food philosophy is based on the variety and diversity of Swedish cuisine, with an ecological approach and awareness of our history. We work closely with local producers and create menus according to season and availability. Our food philosophy is reflected in the menu, where we use the best seasonal ingredients and work closely with local producers to create tasty and sustainable dishes. Bread and pastries made with care
At Dufweholms Herrgård we serve bread and pastries from our own bakery in Mariefred. Everything from breakfast bread to sweet treats is baked here with craftsmanship and ingredients we have carefully selected ourselves.
What is served during breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea is baked under the flag of Swedish Cultural Pearls – something we are proud to be able to offer our guests, both here at the manor and at our other facilities.
Eye-catching
Table art
At Dufweholm Manor, you'll find a blissful mix of collectibles. Some of the collectibles our guests find most eye-catching are the table art - the figures created from old English and American silverware. The artist behind the cutlery artwork is Ivan Iser, who with his fantastic eye for form creates all kinds of figures that easily open up discussion at the dining table.
The first of the cutlery artworks were bought by the owners of Svenska Kulturpärlor, Fredrik Åström and Johanna Battaroff, in Cuba about 15 years ago. Since then, they have been back and forth to Cuba and traded several times and now there are a few hundred pieces of table art to view at the pearls.

Choose between our beautiful dining rooms with lake views, secluded rooms with their own entrance or our unique champagne cellar – each with its own character and atmosphere.
